أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَبْتَاعُ الْجَارِيَةَ لَمْ تَبْلُغِ الْمَحِيضَ وَلَا تَحْمِلُ مِثْلُهَا كَمْ يَسْتَبْرِئُهَا؟ قَالَ «ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْهُرٍ»
