✧ The arrival of women in their backyards

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ
أَنَّ الْيَهُودَ قَالُوا لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ مَنْ أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ مُدْبِرَةٌ جَاءَ وَلَدُهُ أَحْوَلَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى {نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ}

✧ The Jews said to the Muslims, 'Whoever comes to his wife while she is turned away, his child will come out cross-eyed.' So Allah, Exalted is He, revealed: {Your wives are a tilth for you, so come to your tilth however you wish}.
