أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ
فِي الَّذِي يُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ قَالَ «عَلَيْهِ عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ أَوْ بَدَنَةٌ أَوْ عِشْرِينَ صَاعًا لِأَرْبَعِينَ مِسْكِينًا وَفِي الَّذِي يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ»
Translation

✧ Concerning one who breaks his fast on a day of Ramadan, he said: "He must free a slave, or offer a sacrificial camel, or give twenty sa's to forty poor people. And the one who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating is the same."
