✧ When a man approaches his wife while she is menstruating

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى وَأَبُو النُّعْمَانِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ
«ذَنْبٌ أَتَاهُ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ»
