حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَرْعَرَةَ حَدَّثَنِي حِرْمِيُّ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ نا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ وَاقِدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاةَ فَإِذَا فَعَلُوا ذَلِكَ عَصَمُوا مِنِّي دِمَاءَهُمْ وَأَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَّا بِحَقِّ الْإِسْلَامِ وَحِسَابُهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ
