✧ Description of What Invalidates Wudu and What Is Narrated About Touching and Kissing

حَدَّثَنِي الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ نا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ السَّهْمِيَّةِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ

عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُقَبِّلُهَا ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي وَلَا يَتَوَضَّأُ قَالَ وَكَانَ عَطَاءٌ لَا يَرَى فِي الْقُبْلَةِ وُضُوءًا

✧ Upon him be peace, he used to kiss her and then pray without performing wudu. He said: And Ata did not consider kissing to require wudu.
