حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَخْلَدٍ نا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ نا مَعْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ
مَا قُطِعَ مِنَ الْبَهِيمَةِ وَهِيَ حَيَّةٌ فَهُوَ مَيْتَةٌ
