حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ نَصْرٍ الدَّقَّاقُ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ قَالَا نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ نا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ
قَالَ سَأَلْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقُلْنَا أَحَدُنَا يَنْحَرُ النَّاقَةَ أَوْ يَذْبَحُ الْبَقَرَةَ أَوِ الشَّاةَ فَيَجِدُ فِي بَطْنِهَا جَنِينًا فَيَأْكُلُهُ أَوْ يُلْقِيهِ قَالَ فَقَالَ كُلُوهُ إِنْ شِئْتُمْ إِنَّ ذَكَاتَهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ
