حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ حُصَيْنِ الْجُبَيْلِيُّ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ هَاشِمٍ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ بَاعَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ
نَصِيبًا لَهُ مِنْ دَارٍ لَهُ فِيهَا شَرِيكٌ فَقَالَ شَرِيكُهُ أَنَا أَحَقُّ بِالْبَيْعِ مِنْ غَيْرِي فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ
