نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُبَشِّرٍ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ أنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ عَنِ الْكَلْبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

وُجِدَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ قَتِيلًا فِي دَالِيَةِ نَاسٍ مِنَ الْيَهُودِ فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَبَعَثَ إِلَيْهِمْ فَأَخَذَ مِنْهُمْ خَمْسِينَ رَجُلًا مِنْ خِيَارِهِمْ فَاسْتَحْلَفَ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ بِاللَّهِ مَا قَتَلْتُ وَلَا عَلِمْتُ قَاتِلًا ثُمَّ جَعَلَ الدِّيَةَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَالُوا لَقَدْ قَضَى بِمَا فِي نَامُوسِ مُوسَى
