حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
أَصَابَ عُمَرُ أَرْضًا بِخَيْبَرَ فَأَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ أَصَبْتُ أَرْضًا لَمْ أُصِبْ مَالًا قَطُّ هُوَ أَنْفَسُ عِنْدِي مِنْهُ فَكَيْفَ تَأْمُرُنِي فِيهِ قَالَ إِنْ شِئْتَ حَبَسْتَ أَصْلَهَا وَتَصَدَّقْتَ بِهَا قَالَ فَتَصَدَّقَ بِهَا عُمَرُ أَنَّهَا لَا تُبَاعُ وَلَا تُوهَبُ وَلَا تُورَثُ لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَالْقُرْبَى وَالرِّقَابِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ وَلِيَهَا أَنْ يَأْكُلَ مِنْهَا بِالْمَعْرُوفِ أَوْ يُطْعِمَ صَدِيقًا غَيْرَ مُتَمَوِّلٍ فِيهِ
