نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَبْدِ الْخَالِقِ نا أَبِي نا خَالِدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ نا أَبِي نا زِيَادُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ سُمَيٍّ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَسُئِلَ عَنِ اللُّقَطَةِ فَقَالَ لَا تَحِلُّ اللُّقَطَةُ مَنِ الْتَقَطَ شَيْئًا فَلْيُعَرِّفْهُ سَنَةً فَإِنْ جَاءَهُ صَاحِبُهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا إِلَيْهِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَأْتِ صَاحِبُهَا فَلْيَتَصَدَّقْ بِهَا وَإِنْ جَاءَهُ فَلْيُخَيِّرْهُ بَيْنَ الْآخَرِ وَبَيْنَ الَّذِي لَهُ
