نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْحَرَّانِيُّ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ نا أَبِي نا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

قَالَ مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَلَى أَبِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ فِي الشَّمْسِ فَقَالَ مَا بَالُ هَذَا فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَذَرَ أَنْ لَا يَتَكَلَّمَ وَلَا يَسْتَظِلَّ وَلَا يَقْعُدَ وَأَنْ يَصُومَ فَقَالَ مُرُوهُ فَلْيَتَكَلَّمْ وَلْيَسْتَظِلَّ وَلْيَقْعُدْ وَلْيَصُمْ وَلَمْ يَأْمُرْهُ بِالْكَفَّارَةِ
