نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ نا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ نا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ح وَنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الشُّونِيزِيُّ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَجَمَاعَةَ قَالُوا نا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ نا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا اطَّلَعَ عَلَى جَارِهِ فَخَذَفَ عَيْنَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَلَا دِيَةَ وَلَا قِصَاصَ
