نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا الصَّغَانِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي الطَّيِّبِ نا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزَّاهِرِيَّةِ وَرَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ
أَهْدَتْ لَهَا امْرَأَةٌ طَبَقًا فِيهِ تَمْرٌ فَأَكَلْتُ مِنْهُ عَائِشَةُ وَأَلْقَتْ مِنْهُ تَمَرَاتٍ فَقَالَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ أَقْسَمْتُ عَلَيْكِ إِلَّا أَكَلْتِيهِ كُلَّهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِرِّيهَا فَإِنَّ الْإِثْمَ عَلَى الْمُحَنِّثِ
