نا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ الْكَاتِبُ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَجَمَاعَةٌ قَالُوا نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ الْجَزَرِيُّ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ
الْمُدَبَّرُ لَا يُبَاعُ وَلَا يُوهَبُ وَهُوَ حُرٌّ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ
