حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى نا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْغَفَّارِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ ذُكِرَ عِنْدَهُ أَنَّ عَطَاءً وَطَاوُسًا يَقُولَانِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ فِي الَّذِي
أَعْتَقَهُ مَوْلَاهُ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ أَعْتَقَهُ عَنْ دُبُرٍ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ وَيَقْضِي دَيْنَهُ فَبَاعَهُ بِثَمَانِمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ شَهِدْتُ الْحَدِيثَ مِنْ جَابِرٍ إِنَّمَا أَذِنَ فِي بَيْعِ خِدْمَتِهِ عَبْدُ الْغَفَّارِ ضَعِيفٌ وَرَوَاهُ غَيْرُهُ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ مُرْسَلًا
