حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍالْكَعْبِيُّ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ وَيَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ أُقِيمِ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةُ عَدْلٍ فَأَعْطَى شُرَكَاءَهُ وَعَتَقَ عَلَيْهِ الْعَبْدُ إِنْ كَانَ مُوسِرًا وَإِلَّا عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ وَرَقَّ مَا بَقِيَ
