نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُبَشِّرٍ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ فِيمَا أَحْرَزَ الْعَدُوُّ فَاسْتَنْقَذَهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْهُمْ أَوْ أَخَذَهُ صَاحِبُهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ فَإِنْ وَجَدَهُ وَقَدْ قُسِمَ فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَخَذَهُ بِالثَّمَنِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ مَتْرُوكٌ
