نا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْقَاضِي نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ نا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ
عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ فِي ابْنَةِ ابْنَةٍ وَابْنَةِ أُخْتٍ الْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَانِ الصَّوَابُ مِنْ قَوْلِ عَلْقَمَةَ
Translation
✧ From Abd al-Malik regarding a son's daughter and a sister's daughter: the property is between them, half and half. The correct version is from the statement of Alqamah.
