حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ نا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ نا أَبُو هَانِئٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ سُئِلَ عَامِرٌ

عَنْ مَوْلُودٍ لَيْسَ بِذَكَرٍ وَلَا أُنْثَى لَيْسَ لَهُ مَا لِلذَّكَرِ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مَا لِلْأُنْثَى يَخْرُجُ مِنْ سُرَّتِهِ كَهَيْئَةِ الْبَوْلِ وَالْغَائِطِ فَسُئِلَ عَامِرٌ عَنْ مِيرَاثِهِ فَقَالَ عَامِرٌ نِصْفُ حَظِّ الذَّكَرِ وَنِصْفُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَى

✧ About a newborn that is neither male nor female, having neither the share of a male nor the share of a female. It excretes from its navel like urine and feces. Amir was asked about its inheritance, and he said: 'Half the share of a male and half the share of a female.'
