نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا خَلَفُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ نا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ مُسْلِمٍ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ

أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَامَ فَسَأَلَ هَلْ عِنْدَ أَحَدٍ عِلْمٌ بِقَضَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي مِيرَاثِ الْمَرْأَةِ مِنْ عَقْلِ زَوْجِهَا فَقَالَ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ أَنَا عِنْدِي فِي ذَلِكَ عِلْمٌ قَدْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَتَبَ إِلَيْنَا أَنْ نُوَرِّثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ عَقْلِ زَوْجِهَا أَشْيَمَ
