نا الْقَاضِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلٍ نا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ الْقَطَّانُ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْخَزَّازُ عَنْ عَائِذِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ جَعْفَرَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا فَقَالَ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ وَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ أُفْتِي النَّاسَ بِهَذَا قَالَ نَعَمْ
