حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ اللَّبَّانُ قَالَا نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ نَذِيرٍ نا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

قَالَ مَنْ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ ثَلَاثًا فَقَدْ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ وَعَصَى رَبَّهُ وَخَالَفَ السُّنَّةَ
