نا أَبُو عَمْرٍو يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْمُقَوِّمُ نا صَغْدِيُّ بْنُ سِنَانٍ عَنْ مُظَاهِرِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ طَلَاقُ الْعَبْدِ تَطْلِيقَتَانِ وَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا وَقُرْءُ الْأَمَةِ حَيْضَتَانِ وَتَتَزَوَّجُ الْحُرَّةُ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ وَلَا تَتَزَوَّجُ الْأَمَةُ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ
