نا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نُصَيْرٍ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ قَرِينٍ نا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ لِي عَمٌّ لِي

اعْمَلْ لِي عَمَلًا حَتَّى أُزَوِّجَكَ ابْنَتِي فَقُلْتُ إِنْ تُزَوِّجْنِيهَا فَهِيَ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ بَدَا لِي أَنْ أَتَزَوَّجَهَا فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فَقَالَ لِي تَزَوَّجْهَا فَإِنَّهُ لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ نِكَاحٍ فَتَزَوَّجْتُهَا فَوَلَدَتْ لِي سَعْدًا وَسَعِيدًا
