نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبَّادٍ نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ تَطْلِيقَةً فَاسْتَفْتَى عُمَرُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ وَفِيهِ وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ لِلرَّجُلِ أَمَّا أَنْتَ طَلَّقْتَ امْرَأَتَكَ تَطْلِيقَةً أَوْ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَدْ أَمَرَنِي بِهَذَا فَإِنْ طَلَّقْتَ ثَلَاثًا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَكَ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَكَ وَقَدْ عَصَيْتَ رَبَّكَ
