حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَارَسْتَانِيُّ نا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ قَيْسٍ نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ نا عَمْرُو بْنُ خَالِدٍ نا زَيْدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ آبَائِهِ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أُمِّي عَرَضَتْ عَلَيَّ قَرَابَةً لِي أَتَزَوَّجُهَا فَقُلْتُ هِيَ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا إِنْ تَزَوَّجْتُهَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ هَلْ كَانَ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ مِلْكٍ قَالَ لَا قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ فَتَزَوَّجْهَا
