✧ On the Obligation of Ghusl upon the Meeting of the Two Circumcised Parts Even without Ejaculation

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ نا عَمِّي حَدَّثَنِي عِيَاضُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَتْنِي أُمُّ كُلْثُومٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُجَامِعُ أَهْلَهُ ثُمَّ يَكْسَلُ هَلْ عَلَيْهِ غَسْلٌ وَعَائِشَةُ جَالِسَةٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِنِّي لَأَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ أَنَا وَهَذِهِ ثُمَّ نَغْتَسِلُ
