نا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الدَّقَّاقُ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَابِقٍ نا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ
طَلَّقَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَاحِدَةً وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَانْطَلَقَ عُمَرُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا ثُمَّ يَسْتَقْبِلَ الطَّلَاقَ فِي عِدَّتِهَا وَتُحْتَسَبُ بِهَذِهِ التَّطْلِيقَةِ الَّتِي طَلَّقَ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ
