نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ نا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ سَعْدٍ نا أَبِي عَنْ صَالِحٍ نا نَافِعٌ
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَذَهَبَ عُمَرُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَخْبَرَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ لِيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ لِيَتْرُكْهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ لِيُمْسِكْهَا حَتَّى تَحِيضَ ثُمَّ لِيَتْرُكْهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ فَإِذَا طَهُرَتْ فَلْيُطَلِّقْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّهَا وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَتِلْكَ الْعِدَّةُ الَّتِي أَمَرَ اللَّهُ بِهَا النِّسَاءَ أَنْ يُطَلَّقْنَ لَهَا
