نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ تَطْلِيقَةً فَاسْتَفْتَى عُمَرُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا ثُمَّ يُمْسِكَ حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً أُخْرَى ثُمَّ يُمْهِلَهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يُجَامِعُهَا فَتِلْكَ الْعِدَّةُ الَّتِي أَمَرَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تُطَلَّقَ لَهَا النِّسَاءُ
