نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ نا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ نا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ
عَنْ بَحْرِيَّةَ بِنْتِ هَانِئٍ الْأَعْوَرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهَا تَقُولُ زَوَجَّهَا أَبُوهَا رَجُلًا وَهُوَ نَصْرَانِيُّ وَزَوَّجَتْ نَفْسَهَا الْقَعْقَاعَ بْنَ شَوْرٍ فَجَاءَ أَبُوهَا إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهَا وَوَجَدَ الْقَعْقَاعَ قَدْ بَاتَ عِنْدَهَا وَقَدِ اغْتَسَلَ فَجِئَ بِهِ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ وَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ خَلُوقًا فَقَالَ أَبُوهَا فَضَحَتْنِي وَاللَّهِ مَا أَرَدْتُ هَذَا قَالَ أَتَرَى بِنَائِي يَكُونُ سِرًّا فَارْتَفَعُوا إِلَى عَلِيٍّ ؓ فَقَالَ دَخَلْتَ بِهَا قَالَ نَعَمْ فَأَجَازَ نِكَاحَهَا نَفْسَهَا بَحْرِيَّةُ مَجْهُولَةٌ
