نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ نا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ نا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ مُعَتِّبٍ
أَنَّ أَبَا حَسَنٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي نَوْفَلٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ اسْتَفْتَى ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ مَمْلُوكَةٌ فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ وَبَانَتْ مِنْهُ ثُمَّ إِنَّهُمَا أُعْتِقَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ هَلْ يَصِحُّ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَخْطُبَهَا قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ نَعَمْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِذَلِكَ
