نا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ قَالَا نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ السَّوَّاقُ نا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى نا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ
سُئِلَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُعْتِقُ جَارِيَتَهُ ثُمَّ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا فَقَالَ أَلَمْ يُعْتِقْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ حُيَيِّ بْنِ أَخْطَبَ وَجُوَيْرِيَةَ بِنْتَ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ أَبِي ضِرَارٍ وَجَعَلَ عِتْقَهُمَا مَهْرَهُمَا وَتَزَوَّجَهُمَا
