نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ نا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ وَأَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمُزَنِيُّ قَالَا عَنِ الشَّافِعِيِّ

قَالَ إِذَا أَسْلَمَ وَتَحْتَهُ أُخْتَانِ خُيِّرَ أَيَّهُمَا شَاءَ فَإِنِ اخْتَارَ وَاحِدَةً ثَبَتَ نِكَاحُهَا وَانْفَسَخَ نِكَاحُ الْأُخْرَى وَسَوَاءً كَانَ نَكَحَهُمَا فِي عُقْدَةٍ أَوْ فِي عَقْدٍ

Translation

✧ He said: When he becomes Muslim and has two sisters as wives, he is given the choice of whichever of them he wishes. If he chooses one, her marriage is confirmed and the marriage of the other is annulled, whether he married them in one contract or in separate contracts.
