نا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا أَبُو السَّائِبِ سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ نا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ

أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً مَجْنُونَةً أَوْ جَذْمَاءَ أَوْ بِهَا بَرَصٌ أَوْ بِهَا قَرْنٌ فَهِيَ امْرَأَتَهُ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ وَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ

Translation

✧ Any man who marries a woman who is insane, or leprous, or has vitiligo, or has a horn (uterine protrusion), she is his wife; if he wishes, he may keep her, and if he wishes, he may divorce her.
