نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ نا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ نا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَطَّارُ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ
أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ غُرَّ بِهَا رَجُلٌ بِهَا جُنُونٌ أَوْ جُذَامٌ أَوْ بَرَصٌ فَلَهَا مَهْرُهَا بِمَا أَصَابَ مِنْهَا وَصَدَاقُ الرَّجُلِ عَلَى وَلِيِّهَا الَّذِي غَرَّهُ

✧ Any woman whom a man deceives regarding that she has insanity, leprosy, or vitiligo, she is entitled to her dowry because of what he attained from her, and the man's ṣadāq is the responsibility of her guardian who deceived him.
