حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ نا حَجَّاجٌ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ
أَنَّ ثَابِتَ بْنَ قَيْسِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ كَانَتْ عِنْدَهُ زَيْنَبُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أُبَيِّ ابْنِ سَلُولٍ وَكَانَ أَصْدَقَهَا حَدِيقَةً فَكَرِهَتْهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَتَرُدِّينَ عَلَيْهِ حَدِيقَتَهُ الَّتِي أَعْطَاكِ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ وَزِيَادَةً فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ أَمَّا الزِّيَادَةُ فَلَا وَلَكِنْ حَدِيقَتُهُ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ فَأَخَذَهَا لَهُ وَخَلَّا سَبِيلَهَا فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ ذَلِكَ ثَابِتَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ قَالَ قَدْ قَبِلْتُ قَضَاءَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ
