نا ابْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ نا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ح وثنا ابْنُ أَبِي دَاوُدَ أَيْضًا نا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْكَرْمَانِيُّ نا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ قَالَا نا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي هَارُونَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ
لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ مِنْ مَالِهِ بِقَلِيلٍ أَوْ كَثِيرٍ إِذَا أَشْهَدَ
