نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدِ نا ابْنُ أَبِي خَيْثَمَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ مَعِينٍ

يَقُولُ كَانَ الثَّوْرِيُّ يَعِيبُ عَلَى أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ حَدِيثًا كَانَ يَرْوِيهِ وَلَمْ يَرْوِهِ غَيْرُ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Muḥammad b. Makhlad
  2. Ibn Abū Khaythamah
  3. Yaḥyá b. Maʿīn

✧ He says: Al-Thawri used to criticize Abu Hanifah for a hadith that he narrated and no one other than Abu Hanifah narrated it from 'Asim from Abu Razin.
