نا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ نا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ نا أَبِي نا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْيَسَعِ عَنْ جُوَيْبِرٍ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ عَنِ النَّزَّالِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

لَا تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ إِلَّا فِي عَشَرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ وَلَا يَكُونُ الْمَهْرُ أَقَلَّ مِنْ عَشْرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ
