ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أنا الْوَاقِدِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ أُرَاهُ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ
إِذَا سَرَقَ السَّارِقُ فَاقْطَعُوا يَدَهُ وَإِنْ عَادَ فَاقْطَعُوا رِجْلَهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاقْطَعُوا يَدَهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاقْطَعُوا رِجْلَهُ
