حَدَّثَنَا دَعْلَجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ نا حَمْزَةُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ نا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ نا حَمَّادٌ نا الْحَجَّاجُ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ بِذَلِكَ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ دِيَةُ الْخَطَأِ أَرْبَاعٌ خَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ جَذَعَةً وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ حِقَّةً وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتِ لَبُونٍ وَخَمْسٌ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتِ مَخَاضٍ
