وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

قَالَا فِي دِيَةِ الْخَطَأِ ثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةً وَثَلَاثُونَ بَنَاتِ لَبُونٍ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنَاتِ مَخَاضٍ وَعِشْرُونَ بَنُو لَبُونٍ ذُكُورٌنا بِذَلِكَ عُمَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ نا النَّضْرُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ وَعَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ عَنْ أَبِي عِيَاضٍ أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ وَزَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ قَالَا ذَلِكَ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. ʿUthmān b. ʿAffān and Zayd b. Thābit

✧ They both said regarding the blood money for accidental killing: thirty hiqqahs, thirty bint labuns, twenty bint makhads, and twenty male b. labuns. Umar b. Ahmad al-Marwazi narrated that to us; Sa'id b. Mas'ud narrated to us; al-Nadr narrated to us from Sa'id b. Abi Arubah, from Qatadah, from Sa'id b. al-Musayyab, and from Abd Rabbih, from Abu Iyad, that Uthman b. Affan and Zayd b. Thabit said that.
