نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ح وثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ كَامِلٍ نا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ نا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ جَعَلَ دِيَةَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ نِصْفَ دِيَةِ الْمُسْلِمِ
