نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى أنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَاللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ وَابْنُ سَمْعَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

إِذَا زَنَتْ أَمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَتَبَيَّنَ زِنَاهَا فَلْيَجْلِدْهَا الْحَدَّ وَلَا يُثَرِّبْ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى قَالَ ذَلِكَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوِ الرَّابِعَةِ ثُمَّ لِيَبِعْهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ مِنْ شَعَرٍ

✧ When the slave woman of one of you commits adultery and her adultery becomes clear, he should lash her the prescribed punishment and not rebuke her, until he said that three times. Then he said on the third or fourth time: Then he should sell her, even for a rope of hair.
