نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى نا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ
أَنَّ نَاقَةً لِرَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ دَخَلَتْ حَائِطًا فَأَفْسَدَتْ فِيهِ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْحَوَائِطِ حِفْظَهَا بِالنَّهَارِ وَعَلَى أَهْلِ الْمَوَاشِي مَا أَفْسَدَتْ مَاشِيَتُهُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ قَالَ يُونُسُ سَمِعَهُ الشَّافِعِيُّ مِنْ أَيُّوبَ لِأَنَّهُ قَالَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حَرَامٍ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ
