وَنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا أَبُو الْأَزْهَرِ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ السُّلَمِيُّ قَالَا نا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ نا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ نَاقَةً لِلْبَرَاءِ وَقَعَتْ

فِي حَائِطِ قَوْمٍ فَأَفْسَدَتْ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْأَمْوَالِ حِفْظَ أَمْوَالِهِمْ بِالنَّهَارِ وَعَلَى أَهْلِ الْمَاشِيَةِ حِفْظَهُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ خَالَفَهُ وَهْبٌ وَأَبُو مَسْعُودٍ الزُّجَاجُ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ فَلَمْ يَقُولَا عَنْ أَبِيهِ
