نا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى نا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ

عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْعَجْمَاءُجُرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ فَقَالَ لَهُ السَّائِلُ يَا أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ أَمَعَهُ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ فَهُوَ مَعَهُ

✧ ﷺ said: The injury caused by a dumb animal is without liability, and the well is without liability, and in buried treasure is one-fifth. The questioner said to him: O Abu Muhammad, is Abu Salamah with him? He said: If he was with him, then he is with him.
